getting to messages when trying to intitiate world map

the first message i recieve at world loading. the instruction at \"0x013c2831\" referenced memory at \"0x0000000\" memory could not be \"written\". the message that pops up after that is an error that says failed to load psapi.dlll .  if i could get some help on this that would be exceptionally great. i have searched the forum for answers but to no avail. thank you if you help. dont have any idea bout system specs or where to even look.

root around on the forums to find the new run_me_first.bat file that will md5sum the 5 parts you downloaded and make sure they are not corrupt. If one is corrupt, as it appears to be, then redownload the part or parts that failed the check. then re-reun the run me first, and then reinstall

so i did as u said. i did the check and all were ok... so i reassembled any how. i didnt re download them all tho maybe i should. anyhow, re assembling helped the speed all the other things initialize loads faster and the world still does  the same thing minus the dlll which i dled of a site. this time however the world initialize went a lot longer before message popped up. i might add that music is choppy at this point... thanks anyhow.... any mor possible answers then toss them at me

i redownloaded all the parts using bat now i have made it to the game once and then it whent non responsive. loading screen takes for ever and a day but it makes to game, i have tried twice but only once did it make it to game i believe
