Will PlaneShift run (and if so how well) on a:

A:
800MHz
ATI Rage 128 Pro (16MB)
128RAM

B:
800MHz
GeForce II (or better, but not better than 128MB)
256-512RAM

For MB, the current release of PlaneShift, it varies randomly. But I would say the system with more memory available will prevail in performance.

For CB onwards, spec A will fall flat on it\'s face. B will probably run the game, but only if it has the upper range of what you specified.

Cool

I\'ll finally be able to play. I\'ve been waiting for a couple years to have a computer that could run it.

I have a system very similiar to A and (is your computer a dell inspiron 3800?) it runs MB quiet well although it does depend a bit on the day of the week and other such odd factors (it lags more these days than when I first installed it).

actually the requirements for this game isn\'t really high based on what the website says. But of course you take into other considerations of what might happen. But from what I can tell you should be able to play Planeshift.

Notice I said should and I didn\'t say if the gameplay would be smooth. I would like to say it would run fine but too many factors are involved. I mean I\'m not trying to be negative but I say if it works hey at least it works. I mean Planeshift is only getting better with compatibility because of all the bugs and stuff they\'re fixing...

As long as you have enough memory you are good...i would think that A would run MB quite easily...all MB needs is RAM...and lots of it...so if you only run planeshift...it should be ok...

You can try, but you shall fail! Seek us not, we shall find you.

i\'ve \"played\" mb on a 500 pentium 3 with 256 mb ram and a rage pro turbo agp 2x with 8mb of ram.

it was playable i couldn\'t do anything terribly intensive in game cause of the lag. but it was playable.

i can\'t imagine cb playing worse on that system. especially considering that they are optimizing and cleaning up the code of the graphics engine.
