Nice one :D Love the design of the head. Though to be more effective, the wings will have to connect to the body around the middle of the tail or so - leaving them at the legs renders them as purely decorative and without the possibility of flight. Also, try adding a bit more structure to the legs, more muscle definition. They will have to be stronger to support the weight of the creature. Plus, that chain disappears most mysteriously behind the wing, and with too sharp of a bend... ;)
