Ok, first of all, I\'ll need to know who founded the guild (Single character, council, two guys?) and names.  I\'ll also require the reasons for being evil and being called the \"Dark Lords\".  Is it for profit, or for the sake of it?  Goals would be nice while you\'re at it, but if the reasons for evil are given, the goals aren\'t needed.

Ehe, I just realized that making up an intriguing story and logo (unless the initial members lack talent in that respect) is part of the challenge of running a guild. So really, you are asking people to do the \"fun part\" so you can spend your time in game promoting/demoting and doing administrative tasks... I can understand you not wanting to make a logo but asking someone else to write your guild history?

Maybe I\'m being pessimistic...

It puts his ability to play a character whose role he chooses in serious jeopardy (I\'d recommend he give recommendations on who he wants this character and the others to be like).  Nonetheless, it\'s an interesting opportunity, and some people lack writing talent or artisitc talent.  Plus, he may receive multiple entries, and be able to pick and choose between them.  Also, he is free to edit the story afterwards if it doesn\'t suit his need.
Fortunately, I only lack some writing talent, instead of all.

I am not the guild leader....

i dont know him very well, he is indeed well versed in writing. and is an Incredible role-player. but he has no artistic talent, he asked me to do the website because i am fairly good at that osrt of thing, and that leaves more time open for him to go about guild business in game.  

as far as the story goes, he has a personel history, but not a guild history. and i said that i know some talented people over here at planeshift, and they would be more than happy to help out. he aggreed.

his story as far as a i know goes something like

he was a paladin for some empire, an influential gaurd/advisor. and was sent out on  a deadly mission when the kingdom came to risk. in a duel to the death with the dark lord Sashos himself, he was tainted by a dagger laced with the evil essence. he succeded in vanquishing the terrible demon, but was forver corrupted. he grew in power and all his senses where acutley sharpened. he was becomeing The Dark Lord.
...unable to stop this madness, the corruption of his mind and spirit led him to gather accomplices, hence the Dark Lords Apprentices. and the purpose... To take back Vormis. the kingdom he so honorably protected. to take it back in the name of Sashos, Evil Baron of all that is black with malice.
