What is the story behind the blade.
I hope you have bothered it for some time.
And no. I actually don\'t know anything about scandinavian mythology. So don\'t complain >:|
This will sound farfetched but I just didn\'t know what else to write
And I don\'t want to end our world so the end is somehow happy :/
Dodge this!

Loki had finally broke of from his chains and sat on his own golden throne. He knew that
Ragnarok would come soon and wipe him out along the other gods. But he had spied Odin in
the form of a crow and knew that at start of the time there was a portal to another realm
but it was covered into Father of all giants Aimir\'s blood which became the earth. Loki\'s
plan was to force part of his existence into an item which he would send through this portal.
He had sensed something radiating from the far north and knew it would be the portal.
Loki decided that the item he would create would be a sword since it could drain the blood
of its victims and strenghten the essence he would put in the blade and make it his own
incarnation. The creation of the sword wasn\'t so simple task since he had to find components
that would be strong enough to hold his essence inside the blade. So he began thinking which
materials he would use and decided that he would need Aimir\'s hair for the handle, tooth of
the world serpent for the blade and some gold from Valhalla to seal the swords power.
So he started searching for the components. First he tried to find Aimir\'s hair. Aimir\'s hair
had originally formed trees but most of these original trees had already died. For three days
he roamed around the northern lands and at last found tree so powerful that even he couldn\'t
make it fall without tricks. So he made a plan to cut the tree down to get the innest part of
it. He took a stone giant with him and ordered him to go to another side of the tree. Then he
spoke to the tree. The tree listened to him and Loki started to lower his voice. The tree bent
down all the time to hear what the man was speaking. When the tree bent enough Loki showed a
signal to the giant and he attacked. The tree screamed in the pain so hard that almost all the
birds nearby flied away. Only crows remained. The giant was surprised because the tree hadn\'t
been cut after his brutal swing. He swinged two times and the tree was cut down. Loki ordered
the giant to carry the tree to his own haven and so he got the first component.
The second thing he needed was the tooth. The world serpent J?rmungandr was one of his children
but it probably wouldn\'t give one of its precious teeth away easily. So Loki thought that he
had to replace it somehow and started thinking of the ways. He realized that the copy had to be
like his real tooth. It had to have J?rmungandrs fathers and mothers blood and similar durability
and sharpness. It also had to be capable of containing venom. Loki first tried to make it out of
the bare wood he had gotten from the tree. Seemed like it could easily be crafted to contain venom
and it would be easy to imbue it with his and Angrboda\'s blood but it wasn\'t durable enough. So
the god decided that he had to get something hard metals and so he ordered few giants to forge him
iron and some other ore. When Loki got this ore he separated the metals from the ore and mixed
them with a secret formula. Then he once again poured his and his wifes blood in the mix and
started forging the metal around the wood. When the work was done he made some runes into the
\"tooth\" and covered them with gold from his throne to strenghten them. It would nod be as good as
the original tooth but the serpent wouldn\'t notice it.
The tooth was complete Loki took Angboda with him and headed to the edges of the frozen seas. When he
finally met his \"son\" he asked his wife to sing a lullaby. Even the singer was a giant the melody
was so beautiful and sorrowful that the serpent fell asleep. Even loki himself was little shaken
but he had work to do so he took his replica with him and walked inside serpents mouth. Then he cut
of the snakes tooth and attached the replica into its socket. After that loki left with her wife
and went back to his haven.
Getting the gold was an easy task since the gold in his throne was mined from Valhalla by the giants.
Now Loki had to combine the components and seal the blade with his runes. He began to shape the tooth
of J?rmungandr to the form he wanted it. He was almost complete when he made a small crack into the
blade. Loki cursed and began to smoothen the crack but it didn\'t work. Last things he could do were
to make the blade smaller or give it a brutal serrated look. Loki chose to make it serrated. Then
he began to shape the tree. The tree was easy to shape but hard. The heartpiece was completely white
and radiant. The handle was finished in no time. Then the god began a blood ritual to seal his essence
into the blade. For three days and for three nights he spilled his blood on the blade and the handle.
The handle turned black and shiny as Loki\'s soul darkened it. It only affected the tooth a little and
made it slightly darker and stone-like. Now the tired god had to scribe the runes of power into the
blade and seal it with gold. The god thought what runes he would scribe and he chose to write the name
of his next incarnation. Eganrak was the name he chose and he scribed the runes into the blade. Then
he began singing and the earth trembled as he sealed the power of the blade with the gold. All his
despair, bloodlust, madness and loneliness had been sealed into this single blade.
The god rested for a week. The third winter in row outside was certain sign that Ragnar?k would be
near. He had to plan his next move carefully. He had to get make sure that the portal was open and
that he could get the blade to the other side with some people. And if other gods would find out
about his plan he wouldn\'t be able to be succesful.
After resting he took his blade and stone giant named Gygnir with him and headed to the portals location.
He scouted around for gods and godly spies who would be easy for him to dispatch but didn\'t realize that
there was an eagle flying a far who noticed them and hastily flied to tell Thor that Loki had broken free
from his chains. Loki arrived to a cliff that was his only thing preventing him from getting to the portal.
So he ordered the giant to use his special ability to meld with earth to go inside the cliff. The giant
did so and went inside the cliff. Soon he came back and reported that there is a room with strange whirly
surface inside. \"Idiot! Go inside and open route to it then. It is quieter if you mine it from inside.\".
After the way was clear Loki felt something was wrong. He didn\'t believe his eyes when he saw Thor\'s
chariots. He cursed and ran towards the portal with the giant and the sword. Thor would soon catch him
and he needed a quick plan. He ordered the giant to meld with earth and grab Thor when he comes. Loki
took the blade but clumsily dropped it on the ground in haste. He cursed and was about throw the blade
into the portal when Thor\'s hammer flew through the air and smashed the blade into two pieces but Loki
grabbed both pieces and threw them to the portal. \"Fool. Now your are an easy target for me.\" Thor
boasted. Loki tried to look surprised and was succesful. \"Now I am going to chain you back into your
prison. We still won\'t forget what you did long time ago.\" Thor said and his voice echoed like thunder.
Loki stomped the ground as a sign for the giant and began running towards Thor. Thor was about to smash
the gods head with his hammer when the giant grapped him from behind. Loki ran away from the cave since
he had no time to fight and the giant looked at him stupidly like excepting for aid. The giant\'s strenght
was no mach for Thor\'s godly powers and the giant was quickly smashed into pieces. Thor jumped into his
chariots and tried to follow Loki who had assumed crow form but realized that the Trickster had sabotaged
his chariots and he couldn\'t follow him before he had repaired the chariots.
Loki was satisfied when he got away from Thor but still he had to do even more work since the blade had
broken and he couldn\'t go through portal for two reasons. First was that there would be other gods in the
other side of the portal and it would be dangerous to go through. The other reason was simple. Thor had
assigned Valkyries to guard the cave. Now the god had to give a human part of his powers and send him through
the portal. He also wanted to send other humans to aid this humans journey. He also needed a huge distraction
to lure the guardians of the portal off.
First he planned the distraction. The valkyries wouldn\'t go easy on him so he decided that the Ragnar?k that
he knew was nearing was the best distraction. He started meeting giants and his children to create a force
of evil beings. When his plans were complete and his forces gathered he chose fourty two humans around the world
to complete his task. He chose the oldest of them, smith called Siegfried to lead his mission and keep his secrets.
The man agreed and the god gave him part of his power by performing a ritual and tattooing the man. The ritual
gave the man endless lifespan until he would forge the sword again. He would also become part of Loki\'s new
incarnation.
So Loki sent the men to travel towards the portal and rushed towards plains of Vigrid. The good gods were
waiting for the forces there with their own army. So the battle clashed and slaughter began. Gods and their
children and people fell one after another. When Loki saw the two seraphims who had been guarding the cave
he was sure that his people would make it. When the battle was at its fiercest and final phase Loki fell
and his death scream set the plains on fire burning everything down. Even the tree of the life Yggdrasil
was caught on this searing fire and burned down. After the battle only humans and animals were alive. The
humans groaned for the loss of their precious fathers and the tree of life but then something happened. Like
new god would have replaced the old ones the tree of the life and many other tree rose from the ashes. The men
who still were sad stood in awe but after surviving from sorrow they rejoiced about the trees and survival of
their kind and the animals.
And what comes to the group who traveled towards the portal. They made it and took the parts of the sword with
them. They had bad luck and enkidukais who came from near them had thieves among them and one of the thieves
managed to steal the second part of the blade and was never seen again. Siegfried cursed and let the humans to
safe place in the lands of Yliakum. One day he disappeared with the part of the blade and his son Ylian started
leading the people. Soon they met the others races who had already came to Yliakum and started colonies with
them. This group of humans wasn\'t the only one since other people came from the portal as well. Later on the other
races started calling this kind of humans Ylians.
Well.. That should be it. I feel like something is whirling inside my head. Bleh -_-
