German Translation

Hello!
I want to make a german translation for PS.
The tutorial on the french page is very well, but i need a good editor. I have one, but when I edit psgui.dll, save it and start the game, opens a window with a text that says that psgui.dll is no windowsfile etc...
forget about it.. i need just another Prog ^_^.

you must edit the dll with an hexadecimal development tools like Hex Workshop  and you must respect the number of caracteres

We will try to put as much stuff as we can inside XML files to allow for translations to be done easier.  However, we cannot translate everything such as item descriptions or NPC conversations. But things like in game help and tool tips we can configure.  This is more of a long term plan but we have it in our minds.
