I was under the impression that the bronze doors did lead out of the stalagtite, but that it was a long and dangerous journy just to get to them not to mention traveling through them to the outside.
I have to say that the water coming from the stalagtite would be a lot larger than 2-3KM. If the Stalagtite is large enough to hold an entire world in and of its self and it only takes up two thirds of the cavern than the distance from it to the lake would be at least one half that of the stalagtite, or the height of four levels. I doubt that a level is only like one Km in height so that puts the waterfall coming out the bottom at...Oh, about
huge.
However there is the Black Flame down there so I don\'t think any of us are interested in goin \'out\' and taking a look.
As for the mist and steam. I would be willing to bet that it makes the places closest to the \'outside\' of the stalagtite extreemly humid. But I doubt that it can be blamed for our weather \'inside\'.
I always thought that our rain was coming from a subterrainian lake that rested overtop of the entire stalagtite. But than that
is aimless speculation.
