Unable to register on these boards

2 of my members have contacted me about trying to register on these boards and have come up with an error.

i registered Deedolito under \"email\"
it worked but never received e-mail
now every time i try to register it says invalid username, i tried diferent names, but it says e-mail already in use or invalid e-mail adress

could you ask em to delete Deedolito from database and else
and allow my e-mail adress to be registered under that nickname please?

Also a member named Kranle is having the same problem.
Could you please check and see if there is a problem and delete those accounts so they can reregister?
And if you need the emails plz PM me as i would rather not publicly advertise them.

Ask them to try again with dummy email accounts. (Easily obtainable from sites such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc). They should make sure they are following the instructions exactly, and that they\'re picking a unique name (i.e. don\'t try to register the same name as they picked before!).


If it works, they can go into their Profile and change the email address later.


Usernames/emails are only kept if the account is successfully created. Thus they should be able to either 1) Use the original accounts, or 2) Use the original name/email address, depending on whether the registration worked or failed.
