Can't load town

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it hoping that it would help but it didn\'t.I can log into the game and I can see the chat window and the other symbols in the top left corner but the rest is all black.I have redid the game several times and I stiil keep getting the same look.No town

I\'m not exactly sure what you mean, but... there is a bug where there is no lighting sometimes when you log in. If you wait a few minutes, the world will start to light up and you\'ll be able to see properly.

Other than that, maybe you fell through the world? Try typing /spawn in the chat bar (do this *after* running the Updater program located in your PS folder). That will take you to Hydlaa Plaza.
