I cant start the game

ok so i tried this game when it was really really new and had nothing in it  but now im back but i cant get in the game i just started a new account and it gives me this message \"there is an error in the database of your account please refer to the forums\" ok so here i am! lol can anyone tell me how to fix this?

well excuse me for thinking actual humans could help me out instead of a dumb computer lol

\"actual humans\" have answered this question a hundred times in this forum, and because they are actually humans they get sick of doin it for the 101st time again.

but luckily for you the \"dumb computer\" has stored the answer from the actual human and will tell it a million time if needed.

so all you have to do is use the search button like androgos told you or browse a little bit in the technical help forum or the newbie help forum
