noob getting another noob to join

hey i know a few other people who would be more than willing to join planeshift, but... they have dial up, and im just wondering is there anything that they can do to make it run faster besides shrinking the screen size?

Planeshift does not require faster than modem to play.  Any/all the \"lag\" caused in the game is due to the fact that the code for MB is not completely optomized.
As long as your friends have a decent amount of RAM (>256MB) and a fast enough processor, it should work fine.

Is it true? You can play Planeshift with a simple 56k modem???
