Hey I was wondering if you guys have seen that movie thing called \"super size me.\" Its about a guy who went on a mac donalds only diet for 30 days. Its a true story and its very good. It was originally a small independent film but it got pretty big. I saw it at blockbuster and rented it today so Im guessing one around your place might have it too. The guy who did this ends up gaining 25 lbs, his cholesteral goes up 65 pts, his liver almost fails, his chance of heart deseise doubles, his body fat % goes up 7%, he gets mood swings and more. Its really intresting to watch and see what fast food can do to a person. It gives really sad facts on us Americans and how....fat we are

I was wondering how often you guys eat out during a week. I usually go out once a week with my friends and somtimes if my dad is only home we\'ll both go to In-n-out or somthing. so for me, 1-2 times a week. ). I play a lot of baskest ball and I go swimming a lot too. I used to work out at a gym but I stopped when summer started and never started again. The strange thing is, I keep losing weight when I try to gain it
