Actually I spend all day sitting @ my computer basically I\'m homescooled so I do not walk around much @ school, I\'m hungry all the time... & can eat 3 double-cheeseburgers & 2 McChickens in one sitting....

6\'1, 140lbs (my ideal weight is like 160 or something.)

I don\'t get to eat out much, however I definitely prefer Taco Bell to McD, imo the food tasted better & probably is more \"Healthful\" if you eat the right stuff. it depends...
(btw: food can\'t be \"Healthy\" unless it\'s still \"alive & well\".)

McD\'s is cheaper then Wendy\'s but Wendy\'s is a grease-ball burgers, if you have ever tried to stomach a triple cheese lol. That\'s why ppl do not sew Wendy\'s, that\'s for people that can afford $4+ per person, you can get a double cheeseburger for $1...

I saw the movie thing @ my local blockbuster...

Hmm, I need to look for this movie. Seems a bit interesting, although I thought everyone knew what fast-food was like.  I don\'t eat out much though because I live in a small town with only two fast food places that get old quickly, and I don\'t want to drive far to get me a cheap hamburger. Anyways...

6\'4(about) and oh, around 160lbs. (I haven\'t weighed myself in a while)
Eat out once every week or two.
Work out every so often. (was more when I played sports)

I would really wanna reach about 220-240 lbs to get some width, cause im really \"slender\" now. :) But if i dont start working out and eat more (not alive, but healthy food) ill continue to be a walking stick :D

One reason why i dont eat more fast food is the costs, i cant afford about 6 dollars (in swedish money) for a meal, not on my poor student pay. :) But i must say that the food at the school resturant is even more expensive, a small coke for almost 3$, and an old sandwish for about 4$.

After that movie Super Size Me, more ppl just had to try the same thing too. Tho here in sweden they dared not do it for a month. A boxer had a show on tv, and he ate Mc Donalds food for 3 weeks, and another guy, a journalist, only ate for a week. And guess what, same results :)

wow, just like to say something again, that movie disgusted me, i cant see how anyone would eat that poorly for 1 month straight !
yet again i watched it last night and this time i made my parents watch it with me.
its kind of given me a bit of motivation to increase the amount of distance i run.
I went from only 4-5 miles a day to now 7 !
bwahahaha !.....
anyways my parents wont be eating fast food for awhile either.
i only 105 =p

I eat out about 1 time a month, and I work out 2-6 every day because  I am a rower. I am only 13,
*looks at not quite six pack :)
so my weight is only about 120lb but my split time is (100m 1:36 sec. split)for a 2k, about a 2:00, and a 6k, 2:15 (second best technique at the boathouse) I am homeschooled though, so I have time for my first love, computers.

sum =
work out 3 hours a day (running, rowing, erging (rowing machine) and misc. exercises and stretches, and about 10 mi. biking)
eat out about once or twice a month
5,8 (or 9 or 10?)
120lb
eat constantly ( never gain weight though, fast metabolism?)
Warning: Prone to common sense.

It has to do with many factors. Genetics is one of them when talking about how our body gains weight or in what way it metabolizes food. But in your case I notice that you do a lot of cardiovascular and endurance exercise.

You won\'t really gain weight because those types of workouts use up tons of calories and only slightly increase muscle mass. On the other hand, if you eat constantly and weight train (with heavy weights and low reps), then you will more easily gain a few pounds every few weeks or so.

Btw, good stuff. At your age it\'s better to do endurance exercises than weight training. It\'s also good for your heart. Even if someone doesn\'t weigh a lot, being active is a lot better in the long term than being sedentary.
