eeeeek!!! more anime....*starts twitching*

Im going to try the next one thats not an enki? (cant draw cats very well)

im just getting sick of the anime, its VERY good and I know a ton of people love it; however, I personally do not like the sterotypical designs that it presents over and over again, or the style in general (except Miyazaki who is amazing).

If you do want anime just say it in the descrption and hopefully someone else will attempt it.

Personally though I don\'t think anyone posted any anime. There are no \'realistic\' styles, but animated, perhaps. I do know that anime itself has many different styles, but nothing about any fan-art pictures screams \"Japanimation!\" ;)

Now that i look back on all of the old art, I see what your saying, but Xythe?!?!? An excellent artist but definitely heavily influenced by japanimation if you asked me. You know, the sharp pointy hair, the big eyes, the poses and costumes. Idont know maybe its just me.

Yep, definetly not Japanimation. Its greatly influenced by it though. The one thing you can identify Japanimation from is the huge shinny eyes on the character.

i still say it IS japanimation. Plenty of japanese animation, is just like Xythe\'s style. for example lets compare:

I mean it doesnt take a microscope to see the similarity.

Please dont take offense to this xythe, i think your awsome, im just trying to prove a point.

Also i hate Yu-gi-oh with a passion, so dont get me wrong here.:)

i do agree that i am more influence by jap anime, maybe it is because that it is more cheaper and easier to get jap animes in my country that any other comics.

But I dun really care which style is use, what matter most is the beauty in the drawing after its completion.

BTW Gentar, nice work. very detailed. Maybe it should be inked so that the armor would stand out more. :)
