Well, personally I\'d have to say that privileges are earned, lotteries are luck.
I need to totally disagree, just look at kingdoms, wealth and aristocracy, not to even talk about nationality (which, at least in some countries, yields excessive privileges). Neither of these are earned, they completely rely on luck.
Oh, and maybe these newbies, as Opie has indicated, aren\'t such newbies at all, maybe they just lurked all the time. At least they have actually read the forum and did even post to the appropriate thread... Just think of what would have happened if the testing would have been announced on the main page... millions of \"I want to test\" threads, all started by n00bs who didn\'t even bother to look for the official thread.
