How do you start a religion?

Don\'t start using RL religions in your arguments Tyralus, that\'s no good. You say the Christian God is made up etc. Please don\'t. I\'m not religious but it tends to lead to stupid discussions.

About making a God, my character believes in Pein the god of torture. The idea is that this god is made up by my character, who is in need of a person to guide him. Of course, my character believes that he really exists.
He may not have a body like Talad and Laanx do, but he is a god to my character who believes in him. I can\'t see what\'s wrong with that...It\'s good for RP

Adeli: By \"like that\", I was referring to Olig\'s take on how to create a religion. He suggested forcing the idea of the religion on people, and telling them they will be punished by the gods if they refuse it. Therefore I suppose \"Like that\" means the fanatical and selfish type.

Moogie, I thought that is what you mean, and no, my religion will be rather passive when it comes to recruiting, if people want to join, they can... no pressure.
Though certain thnigs are expected if they do join...
