Game is Freezing while Initializing World

I have tried many times to login, I have an account I press CONNECT I enter my Username and Password, It goes to this screen that says
                  Loading :
                   Loading Basic Textures
                   Initializing Character
                   Initializing GUI
                   Initializing World
Then the screen turns black and nothing else happens.
What Am I Doing Wrong?              ?(

Has it ever loaded completly?
How long do you wait?
Are you pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE?
What are your computer specs?
Are you searching for the answer first?

The initial loading can take up to 2 hours. Subsequent loading will not take that long it is just for the very first one. However, if you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE or try and exit it it will never load.

before everything be sure that pressing M (changing view) touch isn\'t the solution... Sometimes, this bug occured...

X( OK i finally got in the game and every time I get on about 3 minutes after i get inside the game i get the typical This program has performed an illegal operation. I\'m getting mad now because of
1 the Linkdead problem
2 freezing while loading initially
3 and now this chronic malfunction
I still think this will be a good game when it is done.  ;)

This is a good game but you could work on the technical problems because I\'ve had alot, and I don\'t think many people would play this game because of the problems and lag. I know you\'re working on it, but my suggestion is to work more on the technical flukes than just expanding the world. I think this will be a good game when it is done.  ;)


Linkdead is common you will see alo of threads about it to help you.

 It doesnt freeze it just somtimes takes a LONG time to load up the game for the first time.

 And when u said lag...its not lag. Its some graphical thing that i dont know much about. CB is coming out soon so almost everything is going to be fixed. :]

I think someone doesn\'t get it that right now the game is in a tech demo stage. I also think someone has not spent anytime reading about the new upcoming release and the changes that are being made.
Before you make comments about what are and/or aren\'t being done why don\'t you do some research and figure out what is being done.

Same thing happens to me, says: LOADING WORLD or whatever then it says NOT RESPONDING at the top and just completely freezes!!

(I HAVE TRIED Ctrl + Alt + Delete but that does nothing!)

Then you didn\'t read what was suggested. Do not press CTRL+ALT+DEL or anything else. The first time the game loads it can take up to 2 hours on some systems. If you press anything during that loading time it will never complete. Don\'t worry once the game loads the first time the rest of the time you start it it will not take that long to load.

ok you were right, but now the grafix are totally messed up, i can only see half my character, and i have pressd m to change veiw...
