Connecting problem!

When i trying to connect it says \" your alredy logged in to this server, if you were disconnected try log again in 30sec\" what can i do to fix this? i have tryed to make a new character but the same problem comes up. plz help!

Does it do this everytime no matter what?
Have you tried logging in again in 30 seconds like it says?
If that didn\'t work have you tried rebooting your computer and logging in?
If that stuff isn\'t working some more details would be nice.
Also no need to post this twice, someone will get around to answering it for you and if it is in the wrong section someone will get around to moving it also.
