How do you become a dev or moderator?

The title explains the topic, I am not interested in being one, but I want to know how the process works.

I don\'t know if there are supposed to be threads on the subject. But anyways the main point is to not spam (like you have been recently) and show an overall quality of balance. Then talk to the moderators and developers on the IRC channel. If you warm up to them there, then you should be on your way. If that isn\'t it, then it shows why IM not a moderator X\'D

The first step is to stop reviving all these old threads! X(

If you want to be a developer, contribute to the game. Do test tasks for Talad. After enough months, you may get WTB status, and later become a fully fledged PS dev.

Moderators are chosen from the quality of their posts, helpfulness, and activeness. And activeness does not mean spam. Also they\'re only chosen when there\'s a need for one.
