The point of your association seems effacing yourself for the good of Planeshift.
The comments I have are that you seem to mix two separate worlds: the ?magical world of Yliakum? and the ?normal world? in which volunteers develop a game called Planeshift. Other guilds have goals and visions and such, but they are restricted to the world of Yliakum, while your association has put ?the development of Planeshift? as highest value. You?ve put the Devs in charge because they are the most important for ?the development of Planeshift.? The non developing members of your association are supposed to help Planeshift by doing nice to other players and thereby helping it attract more players. I think you should keep those worlds separate. It?s a ?role playing? game after all, you are not your character. If you want to be a ?good? character: help others for the sake of a better Yliakum (join a good aligned guild). If you want to help the development of Planeshift: spread the world about how awesome it is among your friends or join the dev team if you have the required skills.
An other comment: Planeshift is a GAME in development. The devs develop Planeshift for fun.
The players play Planeshift for fun. Fun is hard to define but it seem like you?re planning to totally efface your character while playing: You help others literally as much as you can, without asking something in return, not even a bit of respect and not even a ?thank you?, for you don?t need that. Besides that your patience is endlessly and you are willing to forgive people endlessly if they misbehave. In other words: you?re pure good.
By playing that way, you?re character doesn?t develop at all, you won?t make many friends for people won?t understand you and greedy people will abuse your kindness and laugh about you. That can?t be fun. IMO. It?s no shame to think about yourself a bit more. You?re playing for your fun.

I don\'t think a Planeshift guild has a purpose in real life...
