I would think that max, being a comercial product would have more features. but as with any program, it takes time to learn. If you already know your way around blender.... I dont know. What are you going to be using it for? modeling PS things, or making your own animations and whatnot? I think Blender would be fine for low poly in game models, but if you want to make uber realistic scenes, I would use max, all the way. Of course, ive only used blender once, and i dont know entirely what its capable of.
