I hope the members will come.  After all without them Im just a crazy fool talking to myself about concepts and principles

 And yep, we really need to set up some forums. I\'ll speak today to see if I\'ll manage to find a place to have them.
 As for the web site, we need to discuss its appearance

Surely we should be thinking about what it is that the council do before we plan on how the site looks.  

Personally I would rather have a series of principles and potential guidelines to be set out and finalised and have a shoddy looking site,  after all we want to appeal to people\'s thoughts rather than just asthetics!!
