How do we lowly just started and trying to get established/members get listed then?
When I started the listing many moons ago, I would add all the new guilds as soon as they appeared in this realm, the problem with that was that many of these new guilds would die out and become inactive just as quickly as they appeared and the list rapidly became inacurate.
To try to combat this problem I changed my policy and only added guilds once they had established themselves properly, to a large extent this meant fulfilling the official guild requirements anyway (i.e. having a website, some history, a certain number of members etc.).
More recently I have held rounds of voting (on the tavern website) when enough new guilds arise, allowing the community to vote for the next guild to appear on the list. The next round of voting will commence in the near future and when it does I will post here so that everyone has a chance to vote.
So for a new guild starting out, just make sure you remain active, try to recruit a good core of members, keep your website up to date and watch this space
