Hey. Ive Created A New Clan, or guild for planeshift!  And right now i am looking for admins to help me get everthing good

What\'s to stop lazy people who just want the label \"admin\" who won\'t do anything to help you from joining? Positions like that should come to your close friends, not complete strangers.

Tell us more about your purpose. Why do you want to help people? How are you going to help them? What do you mean by \"familiarise\"- are you going to show newcomers how to properly roleplay in Yliakum and teach them its history and settings? If you have no join requirements, how are your members going to be qualified at all to help new people in Planeshift?

For what purpose do you already have a council even with no members in the guild? What does the council decide in your group?

Also I\'d advise making the banner on the website somewhat smaller... half a megabyte just for a picture is a little over-the-top, don\'t you agree?


Many improvements needed if you\'re going to be taken seriously amongst players and guilds here. Good luck.

Well, your site looks good, but definately lacks content. Look at other guild\'s websites for ideas of how yours should look. Most have a members page, history, and what they are all about. You have... forums.

It\'s extremely easy to kick an admin out who is not doing any work...it really shouldn\'t be limited to just friends.

Well really coming out and saying  I NEED ADMINS , is not really a good way to approach  this situation. I would go into the game look for active players  send \'em a tell and ask if there intersted in being in your guild and making sure there not a \"lazy admin\".
