Creating Images
1. Programs
There\'s one thing that most of you already have: Paint. Incase you don\'t know where that is, go to \"Start > Program Files > Accessories > Paint\". This is a very limited program, so I don\'t recommend you use it unless you know exactly what you\'re doing and are sure it won\'t look too bad.
You can also download a free trial of
Paint Shop Pro. This is a good program for beginners and has many tools and filters to use.
Alternatively you can try the
GIMP. (Don\'t ask me how to download it... all I could see was source code, so unless you\'re a Linux junkie, you\'ll have to find an exe somewhere else.) This program is best suited for image manipulation, rather than making images from scratch. But it\'s free, so that\'s a good thing.
2. Making Sure of the Size
All images must be 160x160 pixels. To do this, there is usually a window asking what size you want when you create a New image. Alternatively, go to your program\'s equivilent of \"Edit\" or \"Image\" menu and try to find an \"Image Size\" option.
