I think PS is great.. for the fact as its in development we can basically contribute to the creation. With this we make a freedom close to a pen&paper RPG... I think this is awesome... I just hope once the game is released(2018AD) we have some way of maintaining this freedom by making our own add-ons or such... I figure this would be awesome and add a real feel to PS, people, landscape and items changing constantly... quests coming and going...

I have thought of the pros and cons of freely adding our own add-ons so... I just figure there would need to be a way to check and approved these... to keep out the bad ones... :)

Nothing is added without direct approval, as far as I understand.

2018... somebody has high hopes...
I expect you\'ll be disappointed.

What do you mean with release?
PS is already released by releasing the MB and soon also the CB.

The final version would probably never come since there\'s always something to add or fix or make better in some way :)

And about you\'re question, you can download the source code of PS, and use it for you\'re own game.  I hope there will be alot of PS liked games. You  may NOT use the PS artwork and models etc. btw!

I would like to see another PS, with some other races, just simple races like \"Human\", \"Elf\" and \"Dwarf\" or something. Than a more colorful world, and not underground but just in open air, with all features of PS. That would be my dreamgame I think :P I hope the PS team will make another game with the PS engine as soon as it is more playable, but I don\'t tink so :(

There is no need for this, as there will eventually be a way to go to the surface (by venturing through the stone labyrinth), amongst other, more exotic pla(c|n)es.

Whats the difference between under the earth and under the atmosphere? they both hold in the air, and both have a light sorce, and when your standing on the ground in eather, they look exactly the same.

There are plenty of plants in the PlaneShift world. It is not because it is underground that there cannot be plant life. The crystal makes sure the plants get the light they need.
