« on: June 12, 2002, 09:56:38 pm »
I finally get in the game after having a problem getting passed loading the world thing... But now im in for the first time ever, and the game is real slow. I tell my character to move forward, and he goes forwad like 10 seconds later.... THE FPS IS REAL LOW.
I have a tnt nvida 2 16 MB running on a 800MHZ processor with 128 MB OF RAM on a WINDOWS XP OS.
do i reach the games requirements? or is the server just slow today ( JUNE 12TH during the day east coast time)
PLEASE IM REALLY INTERESTED IN THIS GAME I AND I WANT TO PLAY IT... ANY HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APRISSIATED

Yes that sounds unusually slow.

That kind of slowness seems to mostly be because of old video drivers.  Please update them and let us know if it helps.  Usually it makes a big difference.

If you are on XP you can always set to compability mode with windows 98, worked for me.
