anyone know how to put a picture in your profile name

To all,

I want a picture put onto my profile name, I have gone to my profile and then to avatar but I cant find out how to get a picture. It is currently set on no avatar so how do I put one on my profile.

Someone please help

Only the devs and VIP\'s can get avatars. I asked once too, and I didn\'t get one. I guess I\'m not important. You CAN however put images in your sig,  but please don\'t make it too big or gaudy. Nothing worse than having a forum full of large ugly sigs. Hope that answers your question.
