yeah those games pretty much hit the spot...

except maybe best soundtrack, for that I\'d give it to Square Enix\'s Final Fantasy X-2.

Yeah I\'m not suprised GTA:SA got away with it. But I have no doubt that HALO 2 came close...
My name is NOT pronounced, \"Kway-per,\" it\'s pronounced \"Kye-per.\"

Yea, everyone knew GTA would win or they expected it at least. That list is a pretty damn good one too. The people who chose (Was it like a public vote, or a select few?) did a good job. Also...

\"Best Sports Game: Madden NFL 2005 \"

Of course...I can tell you from experience that this is so true; so, so true. ;)

Argh I am not sure how the votes went the only one I knew was a very public vote was the \"Most Addictive Game\", it was sponsored by Mountain Dew and you had to phone in or text message etc..

I surely expected Halo2 to grab some more

I dont agree with gamespot being the best gaming site. I lost my love for them ages ago as their reviews are crap and they are way too biased.

GTA: San Andreas is GREAT!

Really none of those games show anything amazing except graphic wise :P Personally Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater shoulda won because its the only one with a really GOOD storyline
