Absolutly no difference !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I think there\'s still a problem :
Quote

Found 257 rubies, 17 emeralds, 8 diamonds

-> 1227rubies
Quote

Your PlaneShift character fken has been placed on the reserve list for the account: ***@***.***
For your crystal collecting efforts you have been rewarded with 10444 trias to spend.
Because you were a skilled collector, you have also been given the special \'Ring of the past\' item.

but
10444/1227 doesn\'t seem to be an integer !!!!!!!!!!!

I\'m becoming a little stressed cause :
- the migration step happens in only 5days so we are forced to watch the news of planeshift.it once per day!!!
- first the migration just start when I leave my home (and my internet access)
- then it\'s not my computer I\'m using and I\'m forced to warn every members of my guild with a webmailer because they all thought there is no problem with the migration!!! (something like 45min maybe 1Hour...)

Relax... its not a simple 1 ruby = 2 tria conversion.  Like Xordan said earlier, its not a simple linear relationship.
And for those of us who had positive values shown the conversion is supposed to remain the same.. they never said anything about the conversion being incorrect.   The fix is for those who were getting \"an invalid amount\" (ie the negative values).

Yes, it was just the emails and the database being out of sync. They had different values which was causing all sorts of problems. Everything is working fine now :)

That\'ll make sure that you\'ve got the right amount :) )

Everyone REDO migration plz!!!

Roger that.

I believe they are using some form of mathematical equation to control T amounts.
I got 12979, not bad, but I sure didn\'t have 100D like karyuu.

Because you\'ll spend it very quickly. You\'d be suprised how little you\'ll have left after going shopping :)

With 10,000 tria? I feel sorry for everyone who starts with nothing since they will have to work as a farmer for 50 months just to outfit themselves. This conversion from crystals to tria is really going to make life hard for newbies. The rich people will only trade with the rich people and the newbies will have to work extremely hard to be able to get there in a few months.

Yeah its probably not going to be fun for people like me, who for various reasons failed miserably at crystal hunting (screen too dark/computer too laggy depending if I was playing on the main computer or the laptop).
