Char creation

For some reason it says there is no character by the name i reserved, so how do i just make a character from scratch?

[EDIT]To login on the sever, use your email adress! not your character name.[/EDIT]
[EDIT]When you are connected to the server, you should see a \"character select\"-page[/EDIT]
Click on \'Create a new Caracter\'

[EDIT]To get the trias from MB create you first char with the first name you character name from MB.

I dont see that option

it only has the character name text box, the password text box, and the check box for save password

when i try to put my e-mail it not accept @ it make 2 every time... what can i do?

At char select i get \"name is in reserved database\" and cant continueon with create.

i used the first name of my old char

i got almost same thing, if i make my char, everything, and just click next, it says that my character creation is invalid, whot to do about it???

On the top right of every creation page there\'s a box saying how many CP (creation points) you have left. Those must not be negative. If they are, the creation choices are invalid and you have to shuffle around some stuff.

Did you use the migration script to reserve that name for yourself?
If so, did you try to create the character under the same account (email address) that you used in the migration script?
Those are the prerequisites, as stated on the \"account creation page\":

Important Notice: If you migrated your character from MB release, please do the following: Create an account (using link below) with the same email you used to migrate your MB char. Download the game, and use the created account to log in. Press New Character, enter the first name exactly as it was in MB, enter any last name. If email and first name match the migrated char, you will get the trias and item migrated from MB.
