Problem?

I need to type in my e-mail, but I can\'t type an @ in the box, what can I do?

[15:44] ctrl+alt+2
[15:44] or 0 if you\'re using altgr + 0

Hey I \'m stupid that\'s sure :)  But tell me what is \"alt gr\" and how to type this step by step.  Please

Hold Alt.
Hold Ctrl.
Press 2.

That should type the @. :)
