i get graphical problems up the butt
heck i am sitting here playing anarchy online because i can\'t log into planeshift text layout is messed up

i also have the prosava graphic card and i get text but unreadable text also looks like white boxes with lines threw it i tried downloading other texts to see if it works including a vera text. i have updated my card and still have the same problem.prosavage is not a cheap card so i dont think that is the problem.any help would be greatly appreciated. thak you

and i thought those were text boxes... their accually the text.

ive tried to try different color settings (since some allows some images to be \"not distorted\" like animation files) but none of them cured that problem.

i can see all the writing except there is the white cutout still left......somewhat better than yours but still an inconvenience

atleast you have text in yours, hopefully those are enough to get you around.

so far is there not even an acknowledgement that this is noticed (and will atempt to take a wack at fixing?)?

From the CrystalSpace CVS repository 28/12/2004:

res2002 * CS/ (4 files in 3 dirs):
res made some changes to GL text drawing, hopefully improving  compatibility.

res2002 * CS/docs/history.txt:
 res made some changes to Win32 custom cursor handling, hopefully improving compatibility.

If you\'re compiling from source these updates should help with those problems.

what updates? are you saying there is a patch or a manual way to fix this? compiling from source?
im am not understanding how to \"help with those problems\".. can you explain what is it you just listed?

for some reason my text is working better. i can accually see words.more then teh other sn shot by iamthom hopefully it keeps getting better .

When I go to login to the game, I cannot see a thing. The only thing I can see are the spaces to put in your username//password. I can\'t see the OK button or w/e it is to continue, nor the Quit button. Then when I get past there, I can\'t see my character. So basically I\'m just seeing the background. If someone could tell me how to post pics. I\'ll show you what I mean!

i just read your post and checked... i had the exact same result!!!

whats going on? autoupdated itself?
maybe the computer doesnt know how to read it yet or something.. and needs time?

How is it getting better? Has it been just sitting on your computer on the game, or just not opened, and overtime..getting better?

I checked and mines not any better. I cant log in or run the updater with it like this. Theres no text at all just boxes.
