There was an issue like this, true.
Just let the updater do its job.
(if you want to avoid this particular problem, without waiting for the update to end, because after that it will be fixed; simply choose the updater recovery mode, there\'s a direct link in start->planeshift crystal blue)

whenever i log in nomatter what i try repaint labels unstick ect.. theres this stange blue box around peoples names

Hello there ppl, i just downloaded planeshift, it looks GREAT. but i have the same problem most of you have. NOT FAIR. :@ ps. the link that disconnect (or what ever his name is) is corrupt. I have tried to access it but it just tells me that the page dose not exist. please help me, I just downloaded that game on 42kb/s dial up. HAVE PITY! IT TOOK 5 WHOLE HOURS :@!!!

I downloaded it on 16.6k dial up, took 54 hrs. NOW, i have a damn error in game. When i log on blah blah blah it loads n stuff, and the middle part of my chara is black. For a sec i see the aea around me, and for the rest of eternity i see blackness except for barrels. Should nvidia drivers for my 5600 XT graphix card help? DO NOT TELL ME I DOWNLOADED 258 MB FOR NOTHING.
