Character Creation

(I would post this in the \'Newbie Help\' part but seeing as almost all of us are newbies to the CB release I thought here *might* be better)

I\'m a bit confused with all the character creation options, such as parents, siblings, life experience and things like that; I went through the character creation, but I was told that the options i had chosen for my character were invalid. I went through 5 or 6 more times, trying different character history combinations, and different names and such, but nothing was working for me

Eventually I just chose a race and path, without doing any of the background stuff, and that worked-But should I be worried that my character doesn\'t have any of the history or parent things?

Well, first of all, if you want the character creation process to work properly, you have to end up with 0 CP. If you are in negatives, it\'ll say that it\'s invalid. You shouldn\'t be worried much if you took the quick way, the only down-side is that the character is probably not like you really wanted it to be.

Quick creation is just pre-set for you.
The custom creation sets up a background of your chaarecter and with that your char is made.
If it keeps going invalid just restart CB. I had the same problem.

What if i screwed up the whole char creation, and i want to change things? I mean ca, i go and change the things, or can i delete the char and make it again?

if not my char is totally ruined...or at least i need to do lot of work to get it how i wanted it to be...

You are told what skills and stats your character will have before you click Upload. So, tough luck if you didn\'t look before creating the character.

ok, lets say i want a char with ligt armor, sword skill, black way and profession armor smithing....
i want my stats to accumulate this (high charisma for black way, some int and will to gain more mana, a lot of agility so i can dodge alot)

can somebody then tell me what i have to choose and where so this is my start, cause i have made about 50 character right now but i havent had a single 1 that was set properly.

Is there some kind of site that says \"this selection gives ...\" cause that info isn\'t given in character creation..:S

No, noone can, and noone should.

No, you shouldn\'t. It\'s your decision if you want to do it quick or on your own.
