When loggin in can't put @ on

i just downloaded the game and updated it and when i\'m about to login they say to put my email, well i can\'t write the @ icon because in my keyboard i have to Alt + 2 for the @ appear...when i do that it only appears a \"2\" in there and i can\'t login
