OpenAL Broken

Now that DirectSound doesn\'t work, I had to try out OpenAL. Sure enough, it seems broken...I took this screenshot which reflects the problem.



Searched google and 3 dll sites and couldn\'t find it, so uh....help? :P

AMD Athlon 2000+(1.7ghz)
GE Force 2 MX400 (64mb)
512mb ram(333mhz)
Win98 SE

Anyone feel like running a search on their computer to see if they even have the DLL? :D
