Mining - Leaving town

after looking for threads discussing the mentioned matter I decided to open one because I did not find a thread related to my question.

I just bought a pickaxe and wanted to accomplish the blacksmith\'s quest when I read this in another thread :

did any of you read the rules on cheating the guy who started this gives the impression he is cheating(in the ralism part) all i can say for all of you is figure it out yourself and let others do it to don\'t go blabing oh ya you go there and get it then go give it to him thats just taking a quest and turning it into easy exp.(quicker to max level and quicker to when no point continuing)
