I\'ve got a Radeon as well, and am using the latest ati drivers as of an hour ago.
To get the glwin32.dll just use the installer again. You can install right over what ever version you have now.
BEFORE you run the updater after this install, take the glwin32.dll that the installer put in your planeshift directory and make a copy in safe place (somewhere outside of the planeshift directory).
After you use the updater the first time, you\'ll no longer have text. Copy that glwin32.dll from your safe place to the planeshift directory. Use the updater again. Again you\'ll have no text once it\'s finished. Please note that if you run the updater again, it will try to replace your safe glwin32.dll with the one that doesn\'t work with the Radeon series cards, so dont run it again. If you happen to, you always have your safe glwin32.dll to copy into the planeshift directory and make everything better.
This worked for me, and I can now log in
