can't login the game...

i can connect to the server very well but can\'t login with the old character, click \"join game\" and no respond... only can open new character to play game....  help, thx~

It worked for my first connection but now it doesnt respon, neither does the create char link, cause I was hoping that when I had a second first connection it would work and I would get to check the game out. but nOoOoooOOOoOOooo.....
