Wierd login screen

i downloaded today but the installer is only 208 mbs, and after installing and updating i try to play and i get a screen that will only let me login, no option to create a new character and my old name and password dont work anymore???????????????

You got to fix a new account.. All accounts has been deleted so ju must fix a new but you can write in your old account and you got an migration e-mail.. So if you had 2 diamonds , you get those diamonds in trias and so on..
