Shortcuts, please.
« on: January 08, 2005, 10:13:21 pm »
At the risk of repeating another thread (I did search, honest :-), what shortcuts r u using?

Here\'s my first shortcut (wouldn\'t momma be proud?):

 Attack:
    /target_next_nearest_npc
    /attack 1

Should be obvious.

Greetings!

Also just so that everybody get to know, you can edit the shortcut buttons simply by right clicking on them. The shortcut button window is opened from the axe icon. Note that there is a scrollbar on this window that reveals more buttons (of which some are unused). You can resize this window too, if you want to see more buttons at once. This is done by left-click-dragging the windows low right corner.

You can see a list of usable commands at PS homepage Command reference: http://www.planeshift.it/guide/reference.html

Here\'s few of my favourite shortcuts:

Dig Iron: (digs for a resource, very convenient)
/dig for iron

Dig Coal:
/dig for coal

Dig Platin:
/dig for platinum

Dig Gold:
/dig for gold

Roll 1d6: (rolls one 6 sided die)
/roll 1 6

SneakSpy: (grabs info about nearby players without exposing you. Note that $target-feature doesn\'t seem to be implemented yet.)
/target_next_nearest_player
/echo You SneakSpy $target !
/targetinfo

MoogieSniffer: (snifs and reveals if Moogie is around! ;) )
/echo Snif snif!
/who Moogie

As the Screen Shots-thread explains, you can take screenshots in PS by typing /screenshot. But if you\'re really lazy like me, you\'ll want a button.
ScrnShot: (takes a screenshot. Better than PrintScrn if you want multiple captures)
/screenshot

That\'s all for now, maybe more later :)
