Rogue glitch?

I know this has been posted before but I think this may be different.

I was exploring the sewers at 8:00am
(West Coast america time) and I found this rogue behind  these sewer fences. Me being a newb I thoguht to myself (is there suppose to be rogues in the sewers) I went closer to it and to get a closer look and for some reason I walked through the bars of the fence and in the same room as the rogue.

So I went to battle it, and for some reason the rogue wouldn\'t battle me at all so and went on hacking and slashing till I killed it and wierd enough I got 6 progression points. So I was like \"sweet\" and I went to wait for it to respawn,  Once it respawns I attack it again and now it starts to attack me, Finding that these things are strong I run back to the bars to get out. But I cant get through the bars like I could before. and I die a embarrasing death.


After what had happened, I talk to some people asking if there are rogues in the sewers and they respond \"no\".

Rogues in the sewers?
Try to find the rogue again and make a screenshot.
Maby it will help the devs, and I definately want to see it. The problem with the rogue sounds exactly the same as other topics I have read about rogues not fighting back, but the rogue spawning in the sewers might be a new bug in the spawning system(??).

edit: I found the rogue too.
How to get there:
Use the entrance near the mining house
Take the first path down.
Go the first left.
Take the second left. (you\'ll see a ladder somewhere)
go down
go right
you\'ll see the rogue
I don\'t know if I\'m exactly right, but very close I think.

I can\'t walk through the bars, what do you mean by moving through the spaces?

And the first and second time I attacked the rogue he killed me.

I found him. Couldnt tell you how to get there but here is a sceenie of him.

yea thats the one, oh and I would also want to report that you CAN walk through the bars by moving into the spaces.

The rogue\'s location is not a glitch.  

Him not fighting back is a known bug.

you can slip through the bars as well that i would think is a bug.

yea and when you fight them adn defeat any rogue they give you like 9 PP auto and when you use the spell freeze it gives like 1000PP
