Everyplace needs a villen

and the world of Planeshift is no exception.

I would love to start a guild of villens, we would need an angle (all the ones I can come up with are over done world domination etc..) but I think that having some villens arround would really spice things up.

Anyone interested, or anyone who already has a guild like this already, or anyone who has ideas, post in this thread.

I wouldn\'t mind finding a band of villens not world dominating types but rather Robbers, thieves..don\'t want to slaughter the masses but traffic deadly potions, thug on the local merchants that kind of guild I certainly haven\'t seen one of that type yet.

Yeah I\'ve actually thought the thought and it\'s pretty nice. Not everybody should be after taking over the world So make your guild of villains

I did not put too much thought into it but how about \"The Clandestine Brigands.\"  Cool words which would mean like underground/undercover thieves.

Just make it Rogues Guild.
People will actually know what your guild is about and understand its meaning just by looking at name. Better chance of getting members this way. Unless you want people that fall for fancy names...
Just please don\'t name your guild in latin/french/german/whatever X(

Oh...how plain.....didn\'t expect that from you Draklar... Where as \"The Clandestine Brigands\" sounds cool, but then it\'s better to come up with your own name...it makes you...bond with the guild...you know...

I was always for meaningful names like warriors guild, paladins guild, rangers guild, assassins guild, etc
And against names like Incentio Tanab-- I can\'t even spell that X(

I really dont like blah sounding guilds.  And anytime a guild has the word guild in its name, never a good idea.

BTW  A guild should come up with its own name, it will mean more to you.

Typical guilds *always* have \"guild\" in their name. That\'s the usual way to attract people. If someone is a warrior, he might look for Warriors Guild and so on. How is that a bad idea?
And at least it would have chance to remain guild and not change into yet another clan.

Well I guess it is not a bad idea, just boring.  Unless I had friends in a certain guild I could join, but I want to be apart of a guild that has a creative name and creativity in general.

I agree with Depthblade it will be interesting to have some badguys around who are not bent on world domination like these guys *points fingers a Xordan and Seperot*

Yeah, I wonder what will bring more chances of growing. being yet another \"guild\" with fancy name. Or sticking out by having simple name.
And even after Assassins Guild went inactive, I\'ve seen people asking to join on their boards...

Fancy name might work only if you\'re famous. If not, it\'s only mass recruiting for you.
