Hi, I'm new mkII
« on: January 18, 2005, 03:50:24 pm »
I am currently trying to find my way through this place, but have found myself a tad short of information. You see, I do have one of these viewpoints with an apple icon and I cannot find a Player Guide. (Start menu? I have an apple menu, a dock and contextual menues comming out my left ear, but no start menu.)

I would very much want a few pointers as to where (apart from www.planeshift.it which does not seem to contain much more than the mere basics) I can find information such as how to attain my first coin and knife.

(Is there a beggar I can knock around for a knife and a coin, or perhaps Harry the Affectionate ? ;)

Even better, if the Player Guides are available as text(++) files, how can I find a copy?

Well, http://www.planeshift.it/playerguide.html is seriously outdated and only gives me the rudimentary intro. I was lucky enough to run into a friendly fellow that gave me a bit more info ingame, and even this nifty Claymore, so now I\'m trying to find these fabled rats. Somehow I do not think an Ubernaut is just in my ballpark yet ;)

*points up to the top of the forum*
Stickies, threads \"stuck\" to the top of a forum.  Very useful.
