Advisors should claim 1 session at a time, because while you\'re busy answering person#1, other advisors could be answering person#2 and #3 and #4, rather than having them wait in line for the greedy advisor.

Its also good to note that every other advisor and GM can see when someone claim a bunch of people, so we know who to vote \"no\" on when they come asking to be a GM. :)

Now here\'s a suggestion:

When an advisor has begun a helpsession with someone (s)he should not be able to even see the rest of the questions until the session is completly finished... when they have finnished the session they once again will be able to pick the question they can answer... easy in theory but perhaps a little bit of work from the devs... :-(

Moogie already said no so just drop it.  In my opinion this forum should be closed and locked for good.

ps: When can we expect PS to be back online?

Erm... anyways... well Thiesen, the problem with that is, they see a bunch of questions asked first, and then they claim the lot of them. Stopping them from viewing further questions is kinda pointless when he already has 5 of them claimed. :) And they can use the command that shows previously asked questions to get around it too.

I think there should be no record of how many times you have helped someone.  We should all try and help people anyways without seeing who can help 1000 people first    I really dont like this and i dont think there should be a record kept  :]

Well yeah... you\'re right as it is now... but how about this:

You see all the questions... you decide to pick one of them... you LOOSE the ability to pick another one until you have finished the question you first picked... ie you can only choose ONE of them at a time...
