Why is the Server down???

Can anyone tell me why the Server is down for hours already.... really going nuts here

yeah... the server is up again, but when I\'m running the updater, it finds a newer version of it, and do the same thing it did to me from 1.0.2.2 to 1.0.2.3.....

But this tipe, unzip updater.zip doesn\'t seem to work...

Someone has a clue?

i meant: replacing old files by the new files in background doesnt seem to work very well....

am I wrong?

OH... again me... i checked the updater.txt and found that message:

Critical files () not found (Server only)
Using OS Cursor

planeshift.updater.application:
  psUpdaterEngine initialized.
Couldn\'t delete temporary repository zip (updatertemp/repos.zip)
Couldn\'t create directory \'updatertemp\'.

should I delete manually repos.zip? it seems to contains all the files to update...

i copied all the files from the updatertemp directory to the ps dir and the updater seemed to work

My char is in Ojaveda, and every time I try to log in, I can be in the game about 10 seconds, and then...
linkdead...

Tried about 7-10 times, each time there is same problem...

I doubt that it is only the map of ojaveda that is causing the problem, but...

PS! the buddy list, settings, custom commands -  everything seems to be cleaned, or default again, does it have to be like this...

Some more strange stuff going on. I was down in the sewers, but the rats won\'t die? neither would I, a roque kicked my ass but i kept on fighting even tough my HP were at 0%

i dont get the MOTDs either
Im going to make a list of whats new
  • Instead of orange it looks kind of like wood on the chat box (when chat or guild or whatever is selected)
  • A bug with PP where it says 23 even though you have 0
  • The names dont show up correctly
  • Life comes back rapidly, if you have 1 in 2 or 3 seconds it heals back to 100
  • No MOTDs
  • Linkdeads every few minutes
  • Probably more problems too

Hi,

From what I know the server has been putting down because it was going linkdead often.

I don\'t know which is the cause why it was so unstable, and I don\'t know when it will be put up. I guess when they will fix the troubles.
