However, after this Saturday, people/guilds will have to apply at the site.  We will accept mot anyone for now but our first meeting is approaching.

 Again, I have to apologize but some daily problems with my internet connection, kept my away for some time.
 Though, everything is fine right now (and I sure do hope it will remain like this in the future as well), so this means I can fully dedicate to this.
 Everything looks perfect, and we should all congrats. Valbrandr for his devotion.
 What is needed right now, is a meeting with all the council members, as soon as possible.

Great to see you back. I don\'t know if you have checked out the website (address at top of this thread) recently, or read the URPS forums there, but a meeting is already scheduled for this weekend.  You\'re a friend, you can come, with no requirments. Of course, you\'re not allowed to insult anyone etc. but I do not think you\'re from that category
 So, you\'re welcome to come.

 Btw, I guess it will be better if you\'d really come to stay in the channel besides the meeting time, because I am there for some several hours, and there\'s only me and Lishom.

The first meeting took place on the 5th of February and here are the results:

Seer of the Council: Valbrandr

Protector of the Realm: Sangwa

Three Judges: Natrina, Lordbug, and Bardialus

Representatives of the Ylakum Pact: Sangwa, Induane, and Annah

Merchants of the Claw: Will be headed by Bloodclaw Inc.

Talads Defenders: Will be headed by the Champions of Yliakum

Each member of the Council needs to:

1. Make sure that your guild has two members on the Council first of all.

2. And any guild that participates in warfare please send me, Valbrandr, a three person list of your most active and best fighters.

So, out of curiosity, what do these Council meetings accomplish?

Through the last meeting we, the URPS Council, finished our hierarchy and decided upon the Constitution.  

This meeting we will decide on the functions of each division within the URPS: Yliakum Pact, Talads Defenders, Merchants of the Claw, and powers of the General Assebly.  We must work out the functions of each group so that we can operate and be mildly efficeint.

I work as musician and i work in the week ends... i will return home monday morning around 6 AM (GMT+1 Rome time). Well  you could contact Ashamn and if he is free he can go in URPS channel. I misunderstanding this, but in the week ends i cannot be at home in the day, only in early morning (and i am quite tired). Work...
