Okay, I\'m totally new and having some issues. I looked around for a bit in the forums for solutions and nothing was helpful.
Downloaded and installed the PlaneShift Blue yesterday 01/20/05, couldn\'t login (I did create one and activated it through my e-mail). Ran the updater, got lots of stuff, tried the game, still nothing. Today I did the looking and tried the ps updatertemp folder unzip thing, but the only file in there is repros, still the same problem.
This is what happens after I load up the game:
In the server box on the right of where you put in your name and password lists Localhost and Lannx. At first both say War next to them, but only for a few seconds before changing to Fail. If I click the okay button, after waiting for the game to connect to a server a message comes up \"the server is not running or is not reachable. please check the website or forums for more info.\"
I\'ve thought maybe my firewall is the problem, but it doesn\'t seem that its the problem.
Any thoughts from anyone?

Laptop
1.3 Celeron M
Intel Extreme Graphics (64 mb, shared)
128 MB RAM
Internet Connection: through the University of Utah\'s network (I have been able to play online games before, so it\'s not like they are blocking stuff)
