The wipe will happen when they are pretty sure everything is stable, this means that they will keep charging the server with upgrades then look for bug and fix them prior to restarting with a new upgrade and so on ...
Now if you look at the skill list you\'ll see armor skills and other skills, which makes it logic that they have to allow the use of those skills to see the impact they have on the global stability of the system.
This basicaly means that prior to the wipe every single skill existing at the moment will be enabled even if the features are quite basic because there is no other way to see the impact of said skill in a live environment (they can always simulate by setting an apart server but the server would only have to support a few people and not a crowd of players).
So for your answer, yes I believe we will have some armors prior to the DB wipe now I don\'t know if it will be many or if it will be soon and frankly I don\'t care, I waited more than a year for CB, I can wait for another year or two to have armor without any trouble (well As long as Ulbernauts do not invade Hydlaa that is
